    Absolutely not! You only pay once you sign the agreement and choose to get your products through us.
  • Can I request specific packaging?
    Yes, most of the manufacturers have experience in packaging. You could even design your own packaging and request it in the same way from our manufacturers.
  • Do you providing shipping of goods?
    Yes! We provide shipping on top of manufacturing to your desired place.
  • Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?
    Yes, most manufacturers offer sample products to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and specifications before committing to large orders.
  • What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs) for custom and private label products?
    MOQs vary by manufacturer and product type. You can view MOQs when you receive quotes from the manufacturer.
  • How do I know if the manufacturer I choose is reliable?
    All manufacturers on our platform are vetted and verified. We physically visit their manufacturing site, do quality checks, check certifications and licenses and customer testimonials and reviews before adding them to our platform.
  • What are the lead times for production and delivery?
    Lead times depend on the manufacturer, the complexity of the product and the order size. This information is provided during the proposal stage.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
    Yes, we will provide you with updates from the manufacturer on milestone such as production, shipping, and delivery.
  • Is there a fee to register as a manufacturer?
    No! We understand that you don't want to pay to be registered and therefore, we have made it absolutely free to sign-up with us!
  • How quickly can I register to your platform?
    Our team will review the form and if you're the ideal manufacturer, we will come visit, inspect and verify your manufacturing site. We also verify the credentials of all manufacturers, including certifications, licenses, and client reviews, to ensure they meet quality standards. Once approved, you will be added to our site..it's that simple and quick!
  • What is the typical communication process once a business shows interest?
    After a business submits a request, you can communicate directly through our platform to discuss specifications, timelines, and quotes.
  • Can I update my offerings or services over time?
    Yes, you can easily update your profile to reflect new product lines, certifications, or changes in your services.
